Effect: The user must remain in the same spot or the spell with deactivate and start the cool down. a magic circle roughly 1 meter in radius will appear on the ground. Once per post the user can send two magic arrows from the sent of the circle towards a target, these arrows are controlled simply by will, are black, and leave a trail. these arrows cannot go past 5 meters from the user, and travel at 5m/s. Each arrow can do pierce 0.5 inches.
