Effect: a spell circle appears on the ground underneath the user's feet as they build up a massive amount of magic energy within them. Then the user releases it in an explosion that goes 10 meters in every direction, giving second degree burns to everything in contact as well as sending it backwards five meter due to the massive amount of force the flames have. The flames reach their maximum distance in a half of a second.

Effect: The user's hand(s) become coated in black flames, that burn outwards off the wrist for 6 inches. This increases the user's strength with said hand(s) by 3 points.

-2nd degree burns, and they'd reach it in half a second.

-15 to sustain, make the duration 4, and the cooldown 4. Also, I'm not sure if this deals fire damage or is a strength buff. If it's a buff, you can check out the new regulations for those rules. If not, then give burn damage.
