Effect: The user places his index and middle finger together, and fires a small charge of electricity in that direction, continuing for up to five meters.  Contact with an enemy can result in slight pain and numbness around the immediate area, and can only cause external bruising.  This spell allows for two bolts to be fired, one from each hand.  Each bolt is very small in size, being just as wide as the two fingers it was fired from, and only a meter in length as it travels.

Effect: The user will take a deep breath before releasing a beam of black lightning with a yellow outline and glow from their mouth.  The stream of electricity is slightly larger than the mouth of the user, and continues on for about ten meters before tapering off.  The width of the bellow is around 1 foot in diameter (30 cm).  Target's hit by the blast will be propelled backwards, and suffer deep bruising on impacted areas.  If the spell lands on a target, sparks can be seen around the wound, but will cause no additional pain.

Duration: Instant
Effect: The user charges both hands with electrical energy, forming sparks around their hands.  The user will then attempt to make contact with his opponent.  Upon the first point of contact, all of the charged electrical energy is released into their opponent, causing external bruising around the afflicted area, and a slight numbness and tingling feeling.  While both hands can be charged, only the first punch to make contact in the post will deal the spell's damage.

Requirements: Lightning God Slayer
Class: Offensive
Element: Lightning
Cooldown: None
Duration: 2 Posts.
Effect: The user surrounds one of his hands with electricity to form a blade forged of lightning.  The blade is only a foot long, and can be wielded like any other weapon to cut or slice items and objects.  The weapon is made from black lightning and has a yellow glow surrounding its edges.  This dagger can be thrown a distance of 5 meters before it will dissipate, or it can be used to slash and stab opponents.  However, because it is not a real blade, this dagger can only inflict small gashes  on the skin or wounds that do not extend into the muscles.  Opponents will feel a slight numbness and tingling in afflicted areas after being damaged by the dagger.

-How wide is the discharge?

-How wide is the bellow?

-D rank spells cannot debuff at all. C and up can. Yours slightly affects sight. How large is the flash? (5 m is appropriate)

You may have two more D rank spells to start with.

*I see your point about the debuff. This has been changed.

*I would rather invest in stronger magic and more character development than take two more spells.

-Just make it one punch, since it's not a sustain spell.

Also, it's gonna be harder to do missions and get the money to get stronger if you dont have enough spells to start off with. I highly suggest making at least one more D rank spell.

Sustain spells have a limited duration, for D rank spells its 2 posts. Dont ask me why, its a weird rule we have xD
