Story: Andy Jordan is trying to make way for his new boardwalk plaza. However none of the docks will give up there land for the price he offers. Therefore Andy takes this request to you to make there land less valuable then it is forcing them to give it up. He wants a dark mage to get passed the mages on duty and level all the docks that stand in his way. The next morning the heinous crime will be said and the dock owners will be crawling back to Andy in order to get a lower price then what was offered.
