Effect: Tali summons a huge hurricane 50 meters in diameter to attack her opponents, with herself in the center serving as the eye of the storm. Anyone within the initial 50 meter area of the winds is blown back 50 meters from where they were standing. While maintaining these winds, debris is picked up and starts spinning within the wind causing a variety of damaging effects. Rubble could cause extremely deep bruising and broken bones while branches or glass could cause massive cuts and possibly even sever limbs, if not death. While maintaining this hurricane, anyone who comes in contact with the winds receives whatever damage might be appropriate at the time, but people cannot be caught in the winds like debris would. The only way to end this spell, other than Tali dismissing it herself, is to strike Tali with some sort of attack. The hurricane is stationary and cannot move.
